Elf WorldTour ploegen zullen op 2 maart 2014 present zijn in Kuurne voor de 67 editie van Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne. Met Giant-Shimano en Belkin Pro Cycling Team staan twee Nederlandse ploegen aan de start. De ploeg van Fabian Cancellara, Trek Factory Racing en het team achter Peter Sagan, Cannondale, ontbreken.
